What do Information grads do?
Faculty of Information graduates work in established information professions including library and archives as well as the emerging information professions like data science and UX design.
The Faculty of Information’s Career Services team partners with employers in the private and public sectors to place students from all our programs in co-op positions, internships, practicum positions and permanent jobs.
Faculty of Information students are hired by companies and organizations including IBM, Autodesk, Ontario Digital Service, D2L, Microsoft, Toronto International Film Festival and Google among others. They’ve also founded their own startups and gone on to work in academia.
