Overview and Application Guidelines

Purpose & Eligibility

Awarded to one (1) student in the Master of Information program with a demonstrated interest in biomedical or health sciences, such as: worked or volunteered in health sciences libraries; obtained an undergraduate degree in biomedical/biology/life sciences; worked in a healthcare setting; taken course(s) in healthcare-related disciplines, for example, health informatics, health research; or in the process of completing a health information related thesis or Co-op / practicum.

Award Value & Duration

$2000 CAD. Award disbursements may be split across multiple terms depending on total value.

This award is non-renewable (one year only).
