Overview and Application Guidelines
Purpose & Eligibility
Awarded to three (3) incoming full-time students per year, entering the Master of Information (MI) or Master of Museum Studies (MMSt) programs on the basis of academic excellence in the admitting undergraduate degrees.
Open to both domestic and international students.
Recipients must remain registered full-time for the entire academic year they hold the award.
Award Value & Duration
$3000 CAD. Award disbursements may be split across multiple terms depending on total value.
This award is non-renewable (one year only).
How to Apply
No separate application is required.
Deadline to Apply
Submit a complete admission application to the program by January 31 of any year. It is the responsibility of applicants to notify referees of any early deadlines for submission of documents to be considered for entrance awards consideration.
Selection Process
Recipient(s) will be informed via email from the Awards Committee (awards.ischool@utoronto.ca).
