Please join us for an afternoon of gameplay on Tuesday the 24th of July from 4.30-6pm in Bissell Building room 507. Students from Critical Game Studies (INF2303) will demonstrate their game projects, which are based on issues pertinent to the study of games. Students have designed their research and arguments into game mechanics to create a fresh perspective on a game studies topic. Students have made board and card games, interactive fiction, digital games, and even an escape the room game. Topics range from gender and representation to industry working conditions to inclusivity and accessibility. All members and friends of the Faculty of Information community are welcome to attend this special arcade event!
