Introduction to Adobe Illustrator: Building your business card
Adobe Illustrator is the vector-based graphic design software that can be a powerful help for your designs of posters, icons, illustrations, typefaces and so on. With Illustrator tools, you can show off your unlimited imagination in print, publications, or digital designs. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Illustrator by designing your own business card.
Specifically, by the end of this session, you will:
- Be familiar with the Illustrator interface
- Understand the differences between raster and vector files
- Appreciate how to create a small project from start to finish
- Be able to use a variety of Illustrator tools
- Know how to export files
