This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience capturing, classifying, and maintaining business records.

Responsibilities:

Review and digitize legacy paper records, according to retention schedule requirements
Classify documents and apply metadata using our enterprise content management system, M-Files
Support other daily activities, as assigned

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a post-secondary program specializing in Archives and Records Management
Proof of good academic performance
Experience with PDF editing software
A self-starter with a willingness to learn
Organized, with a high attention to detail
Familiarity with content management software is an asset
