Job Description
The Director, Information Management Services will be responsible for developing business processes
and systems that discover, collect, organize, and synthesize data and information to support the
research process of the Investment Team. With the proliferation of information and data relating to
the companies, industries, and countries that we invest in, we are looking for an energetic person
who is excited about the prospect of finding, organizing, and using this data to generate
differentiated and relevant insight that will support and enhance long-term decision-making and
investment returns.

Responsibilities
• Learn the investment process, holdings, and prospects
• Support the eight-member Investment Team for their research needs
• Proactively identify and manage data/information and develop business processes and systems to
transform data and information into insight for idea generation and decision-making purposes

Qualifications
• Professional experience finding and managing broad and diverse sources of information and data
to support complex decision-making
• Qualitative and quantitative research project skills and leadership experience
• Graduate and/or post-graduate education; specialization in information management and/or data
science is an asset

• Computer programming and/or software development skills (or literacy) an asset
• Experience and/or interest in the financial markets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and people skills
• Entrepreneurial, accountable, and results-oriented
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment, ability to work under pressure
• Strong oral and written communication
