What you can expect:

5 Ways to Wellbeing (5W2W) for GLSE/SGS Students is designed to teach you how to apply five simple, evidence-based actions in a variety of ways to promote positive mental health and wellbeing while practicing physical distancing and managing new stressors related to COVID-19. This interactive session has been tailored to the graduate student experience and aims to promote resiliency and reduce stress.

Session information:

This session will be held on May 27th, 2020 from 1:00PM-2:15PM via the MS Teams conferencing platform and this session is only open GLSE/SGS to students. Please note that there is a maximum of 30 participants in this session- spots are limited, so register soon!
