On November 27 come out and join ARMA Toronto as Hugh Ritchie presents his session titled Managing Change in the Midst of Digital Transformation is Hard.
This session will focus on the best practices and structured approaches for Change Management and Management of Change controls. It will also touch on how to develop strategies to introduce the tools and capabilities of managing change with specific focus on leadership and deployment strategies that balance current state with future state, and steady change needs.
