Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Proficient in creating design artifacts using tools as Sketch, Adobe creative suite.
  • Analyze customer list and identify research participants, schedule calls and help facilitating user research and usability testing.
  • Analyze and synthesize user research to produce insights that will lead us into deeper understanding of users.
  • Generate report that summarizes user research findings and specify design recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, product management, engineering and marketing.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Majoring or specializing in studies of : Digital Design, User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe creative suite, Invision, Axure etc.)
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and visual interfaces.
  • Knowledge in conducting usability testing sessions and report results.
  • Experience in conducting quantitative user research.
  • Excellent communication skills in articulating and presenting design concepts, reports etc.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
