Grad Minds Mental Health Conference

Grad Minds, the Official Mental Health Committee of the University of Toronto Graduate Students Union, is hosting its biggest event of the year – the Grad Minds Mental Health Conference for students, staff and faculty. This year’s theme is Surviving Grad School: A Mental Toolkit! The speakers and workshops will include topics such as managing finances, improving work-life balance, improving access to care, resolving student-supervisor conflicts, suicide prevention, mental health in marginalized groups and getting involved in mental health advocacy!

Date: Thursday April 11, 2019
Time: 5-9:30pm
Location: Multi Faith Center: 569 Spadina Avenue, at the St. George Campus
The event is free to all students, staff and faculty at UofT, and registration is not required. Attendees may come for as long as they are available.

The event will also be catered and multiple mental health resources will be available.
