Opening Reception for REWIRED: ART x BISSELL 2017 Exhibition

TORONTO, ON – ART x BISSELL is pleased to present REWIRED, the third annual contemporary art exhibition to be held inside the University of Toronto’s iSchool. REWIRED: ART x BISSELL 2017 will open on Thursday, April 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. The reception will feature artist talks, a curatorial tour, and complimentary refreshments.

Curated by Master of Museum Studies students Alexie Brown, Bridget Collings, Rebecca Jackson, and Alyssa Trudeau, REWIRED features work by artists whose practices focus on the intersections between people, digital technology, and information, alongside the iSquare Project by Dr. Jenna Hartel and her research team from the Faculty of Information, REWIRED contributes to the conversation about human-technology interactions forged by the overwhelming flow of information.
