Synopsis: There are tensions between the structured and long-cycle approaches of Knowledge Management (KM) and the short-term and dynamic settings of agile projects. Combining findings from the KM, Agile Software Development and Project Management literatures, this talk intends to discuss how information professionals can perform KM tasks in Scrum projects, providing hands-on recommendations for practitioners, information professionals and project managers to avoid knowledge loss in agile contexts and leverage cross-team knowledge sharing.
