Michel Mersereau is a recognized public policy practitioner whose professional experience, research program, and teaching expertise are located in the domains of critical policy studies, political economy, digital equity, public policy development, administration & governance. His research focuses on the logistical nature of digital infrastructure, household broadband use, and the political economy of urban broadband networks and telecommunications policy in Canada. Michel is a Senior Management Consultant at the City of Toronto where he leads research and policy development to support the City’s ConnectTO program and digital equity strategies. Michel holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Information.
