Awarded to a student registered in a Masters level programme at the Faculty of Information Studies. Preference will be given to a student with financial need who immigrated to Canada.

Value and number of awards varies and the award disbursements may be split across multiple terms depending on total value.

This award is non-renewable (one year only).

Because there is a financial need component, students interested in applying for this award must fill in the Need Navigator application form which is a one-time application that will allow students to be considered for all awards and grants with a financial need component.  Need Navigator (utoronto.ca)
