Faculty of Information International Fellowship
Purpose and Eligibility
The Faculty of Information International Fellowship is provided to the top ranked international applicant to the Master of Information and/or Master of Museum Studies programs on the basis of high standing in previous academic work, community involvement and contribution, and leadership.
Recipient must remain registered full-time for the entire academic year they hold the award.
Ineligibility
Student that are in receipt of OGS is ineligible for this fellowship.
Award Value and Duration
Full international student tuition and some living expenses. Award disbursements may be split across multiple terms.
This award is automatically renewable for one year under the following condition(s):
- Master of Information (MI): Cumultative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.70 or better is attained in the first 8 (4.0 FCEs) graded courses.
- Master of Museum Studies (MMSt): Cumultative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.70 or better is attained in the first 7 (3.5 FCEs) graded courses, excluding MSL3000H, during the first 12 months of the program.
How to Apply
The student’s application for admission to the program serves as the application for this fellowship. It must be received by the Faculty of Information by January 31st.
Deadline to Apply
Submit a complete admission application to the program by January 31 of the year in which they intend to study. It is the responsibility of applicants to notify referees of any early deadlines for submission of documents to be considered for entrance awards consideration.
