This grant was established by Ms. Lisa Mills in honour of her mother Ms. Judy Mills, and is to be awarded to an undergraduate student(s) at the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto on the basis of financial need.

The recipient(s) must be full-time, domestic Canadian residents in receipt of Canadian provincial government student financial aid.

The value and number awarded varies annually, and is non-renewable.
