To provide an annual research award to assist Museum Studies students in pursuing a twelve week internship that usually occurs between first and second year of the program on the basis of financial need.

The value of this award and the number distributed vary annually. Award disbursements may be split across multiple terms depending on total value.

This award is non-renewable (one year only).

Recipients must have been identified as having financial need based on the University’s criteria. Thus, because there is a financial need component, students interested in applying for this award must fill in the Need Navigator application form which is a one-time application that will allow students to be considered for all awards and grants with a financial need component.  Need Navigator (utoronto.ca)
