| The Archives of Women’s College Hospital is offering a part-time student employment opportunity (15 hours/week) as an Archives Assistant to complete a digitization and outreach project. The position will begin on September 11, 2023 and end on March 29, 2024.
Applicants should be in the process of completing a university degree in archival science, information management, history, museum studies, or related discipline.
Qualifications:
– Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
– Good computer skill, some knowledge of databases and imaging software would be an asset
– Have some archival training and/or experience working in an archives
– Some familiarity with the Rules for Archival Description (RAD)
