How do you go about marketing yourself as a museum professional and finding that perfect GLAM job? A personal online portfolio provides colleagues, contacts and employers with an easily accessible window into your skills, experience and career goals.
In this beginners-level workshop, participants will learn:
- Strategies for selecting/creating portfolio content and crafting your online persona
- How to build a free online portfolio from scratch using Google Sites
- Design considerations for effectively presenting content
- How to match your portfolio strategy to your career goals
