If you are a student registered in an official co-op program at your post-secondary institution and completion of a final work term is a mandatory component for you to graduate, you are eligible to apply with the understanding that you will leave QuadReal at the end of your work term or have the possibility to be considered for full-time opportunities.Based in Toronto, the Co-op/Intern, Data Management will report to the Enterprise Content Manager and support the ongoing needs of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects and the day-to-day operational needs of Data Management, including liaising with SharePoint administration, metadata and document analysis, data migration preparation, and drafting communications.What We Offer:o An organization and leaders that support your development through meaningful work experienceo A Student Mentorship Program designed to provide 1:1 support throughout your experienceo Opportunities to build your industry knowledge through Corporate Speaker Series & Fireside Chatso Giving back to community with your peers and team members through volunteering eventso Opportunities to build long lasting industry and professional relationshipsWhat You Will Experience:o Develop understanding of property management business processes, and document/data needso Assist the support team in:Reviewing and resolving software issuesInvestigating and analyzing document and data issuesResponding to email enquiriesLogging and troubleshooting SharePoint metadata issuesAnalyzing trendso Support ECM projects as assigned:Interacting with data and document stakeholdersTraining customers on routine tasksAttending project meetingsDrafting communicationsWorking on ad-hoc tasks/initiatives over the course of the projecto Assist with document migration and metadata analysis support as requiredWhat You’ll Bring:o Currently enrolled in an academic program preferably in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Data Analyticso Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.o Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.o Advanced knowledge of Excel including an understanding of regular expressions. Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, applications, and support, along with experience with SQL, Python (or other platforms) considered an asset.o Previous experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira would be considered an asset.
