Registration for the 4th Canadian Food Law and Policy Conference – From Microbes to Multinationals: the Many Scales of Food Law and Policy – is now open!
This year’s lineup includes over 25 panels, featuring some 80+ speakers on a wide range of pressing issues in food law and policy. Four keynote panels will address issues of scale in food system governance, from the impacts of corporate consolidation in global and Canadian food supply chains, to questions concerning the regulation of mid-sized Canadian food system actors, to the challenges faced by newcomer chefs and food entrepreneurs in Toronto.
