Museum Studies is partnering with Haley Sharpe Design on a pilot project for students seeking help to develop a professional portfolio. We are seeking a diverse group of 20 students who will:
• participate in a 3 hr workshop on portfolio development Friday Nov 1
• be paired with a mentor from HSD for one-on-one portfolio feedback in the winter, and
• share their portfolio with the Museum Studies community in the spring.
To Apply: Use 6 images, 12 tweets, 500 words OR a 2-min video or audio clip to show/tell us:
• 1 strength you want to promote and build upon.
• 1 area of growth you want to pursue.
• An “unrelated” experience, skill or degree (that might just be an asset).
• Your experience with different forms of storytelling (blog, graphic novel, spoken word, scientific poster….).
