Robert has worked in a variety of research, management consulting and strategy roles in government, post-secondary and entrepreneurial environments. His research at the iSchool is centered around theories, methods and frameworks for ethically governing the development and use of artificial intelligence. His research aims to generate new approaches to AI governance by synthesizing existing governance models with evaluative and critical approaches to information systems management. His research is funded by an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (2019-2020).
